Copay

Copay is a fee, usually a small amount, paid by a member to the provider for expenses incurred at a medical facility, such as a physician's office or an outpatient hospital.

The amount of copay applicable on a service depends on the plan, type of service rendered, and who is rendering the service. This table lists some of the services and their respective copay amount.

Covering physician

Specialist visits

The amount of copay, displayed in the table, is indicative and the actual amount will vary depending on the type of plan.

Copay for each service needs to be paid separately.
